DAY 1
ANTISANA
- Travel at 10 am from Quito to the basecamp in around 3 hours.
- Set up base camp in La Virgen
- Accommodation in tents
DAY 2
ANTISANA SUMMIT
We get up at 11 pm and have some food. Then, we start our ascent to the Antisana summit crossing by an alluring glacier and some crevasses. Once at the summit, we have some time to take pictures and admire the sunrise. Then, we return to base camp in around 4 hours.
